Compliance with Laws. You assume all knowledge of applicable laws and are responsible for compliance with such laws. You may not use the Software or this Site in any way that violates applicable state, federal, or international laws, regulations or other government requirements. You also agree not to transmit any material that encourages conduct that could constitute a criminal offense; give rise to civil liability; or otherwise violate any applicable local, state, national, or international law or regulation.

DS SolidWorks makes no representation that materials at this Site are appropriate or available for use outside of the United States and access to them from territories where their contents are illegal is prohibited. Anyone who accesses this Site from another jurisdiction shall is and shall remain responsible for compliance with applicable local laws. Any claim relating to the materials on this Site shall be governed by the substantive laws of the Commonwealth of Massachusetts, excluding its principals as to conflicts of law or the United Nations Convention on contracts for the International Sale of Goods. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with the use or access or otherwise related to this Site shall be finally settled by a competent court of Massachusetts.
