Starting Item Explorer

Item Explorer is the client application for Enterprise PDM items.

To start Item Explorer, do any:
- From the Windows Start menu, click SolidWorks Enterprise PDM > Item Explorer.
- From the File Explorer menu bar, click Tools > Item Explorer.
- Click Item Explorer (toolbar).
- When creating items from a file, select the Open Generated Items check box.
- Browse to the items associated with a file.
