Cameras

Cameras are added to models in the SolidWorks application. PhotoWorks renders all aspects of SolidWorks camera views.

PhotoWorks provides additional functionality:

  • When you have rendered a camera view, then attempt to rotate, pan, or zoom in the view, the view reverts to SolidWorks graphics.

  • Depth of field is available in the Camera PropertyManager only when PhotoWorks is added in.

Depth of Field

  • Exact focus is displayed by a plane. Two lighter planes on either side of the focus plane show the limits of focus; objects are more and more noticeably out of focus from those planes outwards.

 

 

  • When you render contours only, depth of field is displayed with the contours moving from sharp to fuzzy.
