CausticAccuracy Property (IPwOptions)

Gets or sets the maximum number of photons used for calculating caustics.

Remarks

IPwOptions::EnableCaustic must be true to set this property.

 

If the number of photons within the caustic radius exceeds the maximum number allowed by the caustic accuracy, then the excess photons are not considered in the final image.

 

You can use IPwOptions::CausticsAccuracyMinimum and IPwOptions::CausticsAccuracyMaximum to find out the valid range of values you can specify for this property.
