Search Tools

You can search for documents and text.

  • Local view. Select a document in the local view and search to find it in the vault view.

  • Vault view. Search the names, properties, revisions, and other labels in the vault view to find documents using advanced search criteria or a simplified search procedure.

  • List boxes. Search for text in columns of data.

  • Tags. Apply tags to documents and use them as search criteria.
