Content

Enter the content for your web page. The template that you selected determines the content that you need to enter.

To enter and update content:

  1. Select a field from the hierarchical display in the bottom box, then enter the content in the Edit box. The following conventions are used in the hierarchy:

    • This icon indicates you can edit this field.

    • This icon indicates you cannot edit this field.

    • This icon indicates you can add more of this field.

    • This icon indicates you can add an image file to your web page.

    • Bold type indicates you have edited a field.

  2. Scroll between fields using the Skip Previous , Previous , Next , and Skip Next buttons.

    • Click Skip Previous or Skip Next to scroll through the fields without expanding the hierarchy.

    • Click Previous or Next to scroll through all fields regardless of the hierarchy.

  3. Click Update Template to update the XML template. Content that you add in the wizard replaces the default content in the template. Also, fields that you add in the wizard are added to the template.

  4. Click Add to add a new field. The element in the template must be enclosed in the <oneOrMoreOfThese>. . .</oneOrMoreOfThese> element to allow you to add a new field.

  5. Click Remove or right-click and select Remove to remove a field. You can delete only the fields that you added in the wizard as shown in Step 4.

  6. Click Refresh Preview to update the preview in the wizard.

  7. Click Address Book to add a reviewer to a Collaboration page. Add as many names as you require and click OK when finished.

    NOTE: The Address Book is available only when the person, personname and personemail elements exist in the selected template. Additionally, the Address Book is unavailable if you do not have a MAPI compliant email utility on your machine.

  8. Click Next to continue.
