Changes the workflow state of items and files.
To display the Do Transition dialog box, right-click one or more items and files, select Change State, and select a transition.
The items and files must be checked in.
To show or hide columns, right-click in the list and select .

For state transitions with dynamic notifications, enter a notification comment and select
recipients from the list. The comment is included in the message sent to the recipients.
