Assigns a revision number to an item or file.
To display the Increment Revision Dialog Box, select an item or file and click Increment Revision 
(toolbar), or right-click an item or file and select Increment Revision.
The item or file must be in the Approved state (if using the default workflow) and checked in.
To show or hide columns, right-click in the list and select .
