There are several ways to list and edit files referenced by part, assembly and drawing documents:
In the Find References dialog box you can:
List files referenced by the active document.
Print the list or copy it to the clipboard.
Save copies of the listed items to a folder or zip file.
When saving a document, in the Save As with References dialog box you can:
Edit the locations and names of referenced files and save them to the new locations or names.
When opening a document, in the Edit Referenced File Locations dialog box you can:
List files referenced by the document you are opening.
Edit the locations and names of referenced files, to reference different files.
