Open Internet Address

Allows you to specify a Web site or document to view. If the specified path is to a local SolidWorks document, it opens in the SolidWorks application. Other documents and Web sites open in your Internet browser.

To open an Internet link:

  1. Click Open Internet Address on the Web toolbar.

  2. In the dialog box, type the address of the document, folder, or computer on the Internet, or browse to the document or location that you want.

  3. Click OK.
