Print Preview

Previews the image of the active document before you send it to the printer.

To preview a print job:

  1. Do one of the following:
    • Click Print Preview tool_Print_Preview_Standard.gif (Standard toolbar) or File > Print > Preview.
    • In the Print dialog box or the Page Setup dialog box, click Preview.

    A preview of the image opens.

    Use the Next Page, Prev Page, and Two Page buttons to display different page views for a multipage document. Use the Zoom In and Zoom Out buttons to change the image magnification.

  2. Do one of the following:
    • Click Print to open the Print dialog box, then select options and print the document.
    • Click Close to close the preview.
