Modify Dialog Box for Dimensions

You can enter equations directly in the Modify dialog box for dimensions. You do not have to open the Equations, Global Variables, and Dimensions dialog box to create an equation for a component.

To enter an equation instead of a dimension in the Modify dialog box, start by typing an = (equals) sign.

You can use either the Modify or Equations, Global Variables, and Dimensions dialog box to edit the equation.
