Sketch Rotation

You can set an option to automatically rotate 2D sketches to be normal to the sketch plane.

Click Tools > Options > System Options > Sketch and select Auto-rotate view normal to sketch plane on sketch creation. Whenever you open a sketch on a plane, the view rotates so it is normal to the plane.
