n!Fuze Add-In Settings

You can use the settings panel to configure the behavior of n!Fuze.

To open the settings panel, click the Settings icon Settings tab. Click Save to apply changes.

My Account

This section contains an overview of your account information, including disk space used/available. A link is provided to manage your account details on the SwYm web site using your web browser.

Notifications Preferences

Use this section to configure Notifications preferences.

Display pop-up alerts when:  
I'm invited to n!Fuze by a contact  
I am given access to a workspace  
Files are added or removed  
Files are locked or unlocked  
Comments are added to files  
n!Fuze service updates are available  
Any account management information changes  
Show notifications for:  
Specified workspaces Allows you to select the workspaces for which events will generate notifications.
People's activities Allows you to select the n!Fuze contacts for which activities will generate notifications.

Download Preferences

Replace open files when using download and open. When you download a file from an n!Fuze workspace that is already open in SolidWorks, the downloaded file will replace the open one.

Upload Preferences

Always include drawings in upload list. If enabled, referenced drawings will be selected for upload by default.

Miscellaneous

Display file sharing warning message when sharing a file. When you share a file to a workspace, the following reminder message is displayed

"Shared files are just a representaion of the original file. When you change a shared file or make a comment, you are also changing and commenting on the original."

Display users that have access to the workspace I am uploading to. When you upload a file to a workspace, the users who have access to that workspace will be displayed before the upload begins.

n!Fuze Version

Displays the current n!Fuze version.
