Use the Add Role dialog box to create roles for parallel transitions. A role lists the set of users who can run the parallel transition.
To open the dialog box, in a transition's Properties dialog box, select Parallel as the transition Type and click Add Role on the Roles tab.
If you double-click an existing role on the Roles tab, the Edit Role dialog box opens.
| Name |
Identifies the role. The name is added to the list that displays when you expand the Add Role button on the Roles tab of a transition's Properties dialog box.

| Required Users |
Sets the number of users in this role who must run the transition before the file changes state. |
| Add Members |
Opens the Add Member dialog box, where you can select the users and groups to make members of the role. |
| Remove Member |
Removes the selected member from the role. |
