Selecting All Exposed Faces

When applying thermal loads, you can select all of the exposed faces simultaneously. This option is available in the Temperature, Convection, Radiation, Heat Flux and Heat Power PropertyManagers. Click Select all exposed faces.

In assembly documents, you can apply thermal loads to faces of all components. The software ignores fully-contacting faces but selects partially-contacting ones.

For models with cut features, clicking Select all exposed faces selects all of the inner and outer faces because cuts expose inner faces.
