Cable Wire Library/Component Library Dialog Box

Use this dialog box to create a new library or open an existing library so you can add or edit attribute values.

Cable Wire Library Wizard

The following items apply to the Cable Wire Library Wizard.

  Library path Displays the location where the library is saved. The path appears after you click Save or Save As.
  Library type Sets the type of library: Cable Library, Wire Library, or Ribbon Cable Library. The libraries have different sets of attributes, so you need to select the Library type that corresponds with your data.
  Display core/wire data list Displays the Core/Wire list so you can insert values for core/wire attributes.
  Cable List or Wire List Lets you edit the attribute values for the Library type you selected.
  Core/Wire list Lets you insert values for core/wire attributes. This is displayed if you set the Library type to Cable Library and you select Display core/wire data list.

Component Library Wizard

The following items apply to the Component Library Wizard.

  Library path Displays the location where the library is saved. The path appears after you click Save or Save As.
  Component List Lets you edit the attribute values for the components.
