Use the Spool PropertyManager to define spools uniquely by name and color, and associate adjacent components. You can only define one spool at a time.
To open the PropertyManager, do one of the following:
- Click Define Spools
(Piping toolbar or Flexible Tubing toolbar)
- Click .
- Click .
You can pre-define spool properties in
Options 
(Standard toolbar) or .
Spool Settings

Spool Name |
Assigns Spool-001 to the first spool and increments the number for subsequent spools. You can specify a new name or change the naming convention in Routing Options. |

Spool Segments |
Displays the entities that make up a spool. To define a new color, click on its box and choose a new color from the color palette. |

Adjoining Components |
Displays the entities that adjoin the spool. To define a new color, click on its box and choose a new color from the color palette. You can also modify the color in Routing Options. |
