Incorrect High Quality Display
If the high quality display is incorrect (for example, the image resolution is low):
Increase the wireframe and high quality HLR/HLV resolution.
To increase wireframe and high quality HLR/HLV resolution:
-
Click Options
(Standard toolbar) or Tools, Options.
-
On the Document Properties tab, select Image Quality.
-
Drag the Wireframe and high quality HLR/HLV resolution slider towards High.
-
Click OK.
Verify that all model geometry is valid.
Invalid geometry can cause display irregularities with high quality HLR/HLV wireframe, and missing faces.
To check a model for correct geometry:
-
With a model document active, click Check
on the Tools toolbar, or click Tools, Check.
-
In the dialog box, under Check, select the entity type that you want to verify.
Ensure that there is no assembly interference.
When hidden line display is selected (Wireframe
or Hidden Lines Visible
display), check for assembly interference.
To check for interference:
-
Click Interference Detection
on the Assembly toolbar, or click Tools, Interference Detection.
-
Set options and settings listed in the PropertyManager.
