Specifying Modify Parameters for Simple Holes

The Modify: Simple Hole Parameters dialog box lets you specify new parameters for cylindrical or conical holes created as Simple Hole features. The following parameters are available:

  • Depth. Set a new value to change the hole depth.

  • Diameter. Set a new value to change the hole diameter.

  • Modify Draft. Select to remove drafts from the hole. Make sure Apply Draft is cleared.

  • Apply Draft. Select to change the hole's draft angle. Make sure Modify Draft is selected. To change the hole's draft angle, set a new Angle, and select either Only Inward or Only Outward to change the draft slope.

  • Set the following parameters to modify holes with the specified settings. Select Any, On, or Off. (For Offset From Surface as End Condition only):

    • Reverse Offset

    • Translate Surface

You cannot change the End Condition during Modify.
