Visual Improvements to the Graphics Area

The graphics area, and sketch mode in particular, has an improved appearance.

Lines, arrows, text, and numbers are anti-aliased. Items such as dimension leader lines, balloons, origins, points, and spline controls have an improved look.

Additionally, the list of scenes available from Apply scene Tool_Apply_Scene_HeadsUpView.gif (Heads-up View toolbar) is organized into categories that match the structure of the Scenes folder.
