Creating a Component Library File in Excel

  • Create an Excel spreadsheet with the column headers listed below. All column headers are required.

    You can use different header names for the fields in the Excel file and map the names to the library header fields when you import the Excel file.

    Column Header
    Part Number
    Library Name
    Configuration Name
    Description
    Pin List
    Terminals
    Component Outer Diameter
    Gauge
