Explode Block

You can dissolve blocks from any sketch entity by exploding the block.

To explode the block:

Select the Sketch-Block in the FeatureManager design tree.
Click Explode Block (Block toolbar) or Tools, Blocks, Explode to dissolve the block.

Search 'Explode Block' in the SOLIDWORKS Knowledge Base.
