Delete

Removes one or more selected items.

To delete an item:

  1. Select one or more items to delete.

  2. Click Delete art\delete.gif on the Standard toolbar, click Edit, Delete or press Delete.

  3. In the dialog box, select:

    • Also delete absorbed features. Deletes features that were used to create the item to be deleted listed in And All Dependent Items.

    • Delete Smart Component. Select to delete the smart component in addition to its associated components and features. Clear to delete the associated components and features, but not the smart component itself.

    • Also delete all child features. Deletes features dependent on a previously built feature listed in And All Dependent Items.

  4. Click Yes.

    If you selected more than one item in step 1, click Yes to All to delete all of the items.
