Zebra Stripes and Curvature Analysis

Improved zebra stripe images and an Analysis Scenes folder let you perform curvature analysis more easily.

Stripes no longer converge at the poles and are less visually distracting.

The Zebra Stripes PropertyManager has these new options:
  • You can orient the zebra stripes horizontally or vertically by selecting either Horizontal Stripes or Vertical Stripes.
  • You can use an alternative environment image instead of zebra stripes by selecting From file in the Environment list and browsing to a file.

An Analysis Scenes folder is available on the Appearances, Scenes, and Decals tab in the Task Pane. The folder contains scenes that are optimized for the evaluation of surface curvature and quality. These scenes are also available from Apply scene Tool_Apply_Scene_HeadsUpView.gif (Heads-up View toolbar).
