Improved Access to Layer Function

You can access the layer assignment function from toolbars and the CommandManager. You can also assign a shortcut to the Change layer function.

You can add layer functionality to toolbars (including the shortcut toolbar), the CommandManager, and keyboard shortcuts. In addition, you can access layers by right-clicking in a drawing.
