Measuring Requirements

Pre-requisites

The following pre-requisites are required to use the Measure tool:
  • The file must be measure-enabled. This is a document property. Icons on the status bar indicate whether the file is measure-enabled MeasureEnabled.gif or measure-disabled MeasureEnabledNot.gif.
  • The eDrawings viewer must have a professional license. The review-enabled icon on the status bar indicates whether you have a professional license: review-enabled ReviewEnabled.gif or review-disabled ReviewEnabledNot.gif. The professional license:
    • Is included in eDrawings Professional.
    • Can be conveyed inside the file.
    • Can be checked out from a SolidNetWork (SNL) server.
