The Version tab displays read-only information about the item and file versions cached locally.
The tab can contain the following warning symbols:
A newer version is available in the vault. 
The file is not cached locally.
| Local version |
Version number of the local version, or Local file modified.

| Latest version |
Latest version number in the vault.
|
| Local revision |
Revision number of the local version, or No revision.
|
| Local state |
Workflow state of the local version.
|
| Category |
Category the item is assigned to. A hyphen (-) is the default category. Categories are configured by your administrator to organize items based on some characteristic, such as the item name or location, and are typically used to assign workflows.

Workflow the item is in.

| Replicated to |
Vaults to which the data is replicated. See the SolidWorks Enterprise PDM Replication Guide.
