Copying and Pasting Alias Card List Values

You can create a Text with Alias card list from existing lists.

  1. Open a spreadsheet, CSV file, or Word document that contains an existing list of paired display values and aliases.
  2. Copy the list.
  3. Right-click Lists (for cards) and click Add New.
  4. In the dialog box, type the List name and select Text with Alias as the Data type.
  5. In the Data list, place the cursor under Displayed Value, right-click, and click Paste.

    The Displayed Value and Alias columns are populated from the list.

  6. Click Save (Administration tool toolbar)
  7. Close the list.
