    Manipulate the preview on the Drawing Layer Mapping and Document Settings screens of the DXF/DWG Import Wizard.

  • DXF/DWG Import Wizard - Drawing Layer Mapping

    On the Drawing Layer Mapping screen of the DXF/DWG Import Wizard, specify which layers of a drawing to be imported to the drawing sheet or sheet format. Adjust the drawing preview and edit the names of the drawing sheets in the Preview section.

  • DXF/DWG Import Wizard - Document Settings

    Specify Document Settings for importing a file to a new drawing document. For Mechanical Desktop files, these options appear when you select a layout tab in the Preview section; the Part document options appear when you select the Model tab.

  • DXF/DWG Import Wizard - Part Document Options

    Set options on the Document Settings screen when you select the Model tab in the Preview section. You can import the data to a 2D sketch or as a 3D curve.
