Call IFillSurfaceFeatureData::GetPatchBoundaryCount before calling this method.

IFillSurfaceFeatureData::GetCurvatureControl uses the return value as input, so call IFillSurfaceFeatureData::IGetPatchBoundary before calling IFillSurfaceFeatureData::GetCurvatureControl.
