To access this interface, you must declare it as SurfCutFeatureData or ISurfCutFeatureData.

Call this method before calling ISurfaceCutFeatureData::IGetFeatureScopeBodies to determine the size of the array for that method.

If ISurfaceCutFeatureData::FeatureScope is false, then this method's return value is 0.
