When this user creates files, the settings on the Permissions per File page control which other users are able to see them.
To access this page, display the user's Properties dialog box:

For an existing user account, expand the Users node and double-click the user.
To modify these permission for files that have already been created, right-click the file and select Properties. Use the File Permissions tab to add or remove groups. The user must also have the permission Permit or deny group level access to files. See User Properties - Permissions per Folder Tab.
- When creating or adding user accounts, click Next in the Add Users dialog box.
This feature is not supported by items.
All users may by default see files created by this user

Files this user creates can be seen by all other users in the vault as long as specifically assigned permissions do not hide the file.

Only selected groups may by default see files created by this user
|
Files this user creates can be seen only by members of the groups that are selected.
The user must be a member of one of the groups selected.
