Fixed Length PropertyManager

Segment Length Set the fixed length of the route segment.
Constrain Direction Select to constrain the direction of the fixed length, then select X Axis, Y Axis, or Z Axis under Constrain To. For example, if you select a route segment with a length of 135, and you fix the length at 150 and select Y Axis, then the excess length bows out in the Y direction.
