Use the Send Message dialog to email a message to selected users or groups.
To display this dialog box:
Click Add in the Edit Action dialog box, then choose Send Message and click OK.
Send a message to one or more users or groups defined on the server. Specify a subject and a message. You can format the message using HTML tags.
