Data Card

The Data Card tab shows the data card properties (attributes) for the selected item. You can modify editable data card properties if the item is checked out.

Item Info

For details about editing item properties, see Editing Item Properties.

To disable the textured background in the Data Card tab, right-click the background and select Disable background. To enable the background, right-click and select Enable background.

The Item ID, Created By, Creation Date, and Current State fields are read-only. You can specify values in the other default data card fields.

  • Items in different folders can have different data cards.
  • Administrators can modify item data cards.
  • For information about a field, click Help , then click a field.
