Select files to link to an item.
To display the Link Files to Item dialog box, select an item and click Link Files to Item 
(toolbar), or right-click an item and select Link Files to Item.

Select the vault folder that contains the files to link to, then select one or more files.

| Preview, Data Card, Version, Bill of Materials, Contains, Where Used |
Tabs that display information about the selected file. Information is not displayed for multiple selections.

Names of the selected files.

| Files of type |
Select the type of files to browse for: All Files (*.*) or CAD Files (*.sldasm;*.sldprt;*.slddrw).
