You can install the Enterprise PDM Dispatch add-in if you have sufficient rights to install and administer add-ins. Once installed, any client connected to the vault in which it is installed can access Dispatch commands.
This procedure describes how to install the Dispatch add-in from the .dll included with the installation media. You can also install Dispatch by importing the Dispatch.caf file, as described in Adding Default Data Settings.
If you plan to use Dispatch on a 64-bit operating system, you must install the Dispatch64.dll file:

Extract the file Dispatch64.dll to a temporary folder.
Dispatch is located on the install media under \Support\Dispatch.
- Open the Enterprise PDM Administration tool on a 64-bit operating system and expand the vault where Dispatch is to be installed.
- Right click Add-ins and click New Add-in.
- In the Open dialog box, navigate to the extracted Dispatch64.dll file, and click Open.
- In the Properties - Dispatch dialog box, click OK.
