Use the Send Message dialog to email a message to selected users or groups.

To display this dialog box:

Click Add in the Edit Action dialog box, then choose Send Message and click OK.

Send a message to one or more users or groups defined on the server. Specify a subject and a message. You can format the message using HTML tags.

To	Select the groups and users to receive the message.
Subject	Specifies the subject of the message. You cannot include predefined or user-defined variables in the subject.
Message	Specifies the message. Add HTML tags to format the text. You cannot include predefined or user-defined variables in the message.
