Message System - General Tab

Use the General tab to select which message system Enterprise PDM uses to send notifications.

To display the Message System dialog box:

Double-click Message System.

Selected mail system

Select a message system:

Database - Use the built-in database message system.
SMTP - Use an SMTP mail server. Configure SMTP settings from the SMTP tab.
