You can access the Properties dialog box for items such as features and drawing views.
You can use the Summary Information dialog box to add more information to a part or assembly document, or to a configuration of the model in the document.
You can create blank custom or configuration-specific properties in the Summary Information dialog box.
You can include custom and default file property values in equations for parts and assemblies.
The SOLIDWORKS application calculates properties such as mass, density, and volume, based on the model geometry and material properties. You can override the calculated values for some properties.
