Use the Menus page to modify the menu options that appear to a user when they are viewing vault files in Windows Explorer.
The menu options available to users are dependent on their access permissions.
To display the Settings dialog box:
Right-click a user or group and select Settings.
Available commands
The Available commands section provides access to commands that you can add to menus.
The Flat list tab lists commands alphabetically.
The Categorized tab groups commands in these categories:
- Administration and Customization
- Browse and Explore
- Clipboard
- Preview and Properties
- Tools
- Versioning
- Windows Commands
- Workflow and Revisioning
Destination Menu
The Destination Menu section lets you choose the menu to modify by adding, removing, or reordering commands.
Select a menu from the drop-down list:

Buttons

Resets menus to default settings. |

Opens the Copy Menu Settings dialog box, where you can specify the menu settings to copy from another user to the user whose menus you are modifying. |
