You can install the Enterprise PDM Dispatch add-in if you have sufficient rights to install and administer add-ins. Once installed, any client connected to the vault in which it is installed can access Dispatch commands.
This procedure describes how to install the Dispatch add-in from the .dll included with the installation media. You can also install Dispatch by importing the Dispatch.caf file, as described in Adding Default Data Settings.
To install the 32-bit Dispatch add-in:

Extract the file Dispatch.dll to a temporary folder.
Dispatch is located on the install media under \Support\Dispatch.
- Open the Enterprise PDM Administration tool and expand the vault where Dispatch is to be installed.
- Right click Add-ins and click New Add-in.
- In the Open dialog box, navigate to the extracted Dispatch.dll file, and click Open.
- In the Properties - Dispatch dialog box, click OK.
