Shortcut Menu

You can right-click xrefs and select commands from the shortcut menu. Items available depend on access rights, selected xrefs, and the current mode of the files.

Command Description
Check Out this Xref Checks out the xrefs for editing.
Check In this Xref Checks in the xrefs.
Edit this Xref Checks out an xref and opens the drawing in a separate window for editing.
Get Version Displays the selected version of the xref.
Properties Displays properties for the xref.
