Updating Named BOMs

You can update a named BOM to a selected version of the source file or item.

In the View section of the Bill of Materials tab, expand BOM , and select a named BOM.
In the File section, the Refresh button next to Versions lets you change the version of the source file. There are two icons associated with Refresh:
- The icon indicates that the source file or item has changed since you created or updated the BOM.
- The icon indicates that you have the latest version but other versions are available.
Click Refresh ( or ).
In the Update Source Version dialog box, expand the File Version list and select the version to use.
The highest version number is the latest version.
Click OK.
