Explode PropertyManager (Assemblies)

The Explode PropertyManager appears when you create or edit exploded views of assemblies.

To open the Explode PropertyManager:

Click Exploded View Tool_Exploded_View_Assembly.gif (Assembly toolbar) or Insert > Exploded View.

Radial Step Explode is available in SOLIDWORKS Professional and SOLIDWORKS Premium.

Explode Step Type

Regular step Explodes components by translating and rotating them.
Radial step Explodes components aligned radially or cylindrically about an axis.
