Specifying Find Parameters for Boss or Cut Sweeps

The Find: Boss Sweep Parameters and Find: Cut Sweep Parameters dialog boxes let you specify Find parameters for sweep features. The following parameters are available:

Options

Set the following options to find sweeps with the specified settings:

  Orientation/twist type
  Tangent propagation
  Merge tangent faces
  Align with end faces  
  Merge result  
  Guide curves  

Start/End tangency

Select a Start tangency type and an End tangency type.

Thin Feature

  Thin Feature Select to find thin feature sweeps.
  Type Select a type of thin feature sweep.
  Direction Select the sweep direction. This is available only if One-Direction is selected in Type.
  Wall thickness Set a value for the wall thickness of the sweep.

Toggle greater_than.gif to change the comparison symbols >, <, and =.
