Page Setup Dialog Box

To set the page properties:

  1. Click File > Page Setup.
  2. In the dialog box, specify:
    Option Description
    Paper Select the Size and the Source.
    Orientation Select Portrait or Landscape.
    Margins With Use printer's margins cleared, set the margins.

    Use printer's margins

    Uses the minimum margins for the selected printer.
  3. Click OK.
