Workflow Link Properties Dialog Box

Use the Workflow Link dialog box to link one workflow to another.

To display the dialog box:

Click New Workflow Link (Workflow toolbar), or right-click over empty space in the workflow editor and select New Workflow Link.
New Workflow Link is available only if more than one workflow is defined.
Workflow Select the workflow to link to.
State Select the state of the selected workflow to which to link.

Shortcut Menu

Right-click a workflow link to display its shortcut menu:

Copy Copies the workflow link. You can then right-click over empty space in the workflow editor and select Paste to make a duplicate copy of the workflow link.
Cut Cuts the workflow link. You can then right-click over empty space in the workflow editor and select Paste to relocate the workflow link.
Delete Deletes the workflow link.
