Use the Permission page of a task's Properties dialog box to select the users and groups with permission to initiate the task.
To display this page:
In the task's Properties dialog box, in the left pane, click Permissions.
You can also change permissions for individual users and groups on the Tasks page of the user's or group's Properties dialog box.

Vault users. Users with Permit selected can initiate this task.
